Our Beginner course takes you from your first stride to running 5 km, about 35 minutes (without stopping). This is a progressive 6-week course focused on building your stamina, muscular strength, and cardiovascular fitness. 

This course offers instruction in:
• running and breathing techniques
• running drills
• appropriate stretching
• warm up and cool down
• optimum nutrition and hydration for running
One running assignment (and an optional extra) is given each week.
